In my medical school, each topic is referred to as 'block'.
Today is few days after the start of Nursing block, and some medical personnel were invited to share their respective experiences.
In this field, one man show does not exist. Doctors need pharmacists to dispense drugs, raadiologist to handle medical imaging, physiotherapist to take care of impaired patients during their recovery, dietitian to give advices etc.
Left to right: dietitian, radiologist, pharmacist and physiotherapist.
